The Short Shootout Breast Cancer Fund

After Lisa’s battle with breast cancer in 2016, the Short Family thought it was time to combine some passions and raise money to fight breast cancer.

The Short Shootout Breast Cancer Fund was created with the mission of driving out breast cancer through prevention and education. To date, we have raised over $120,000 with all proceeds benefiting the Barber Breast Cancer Fund at Piedmont Hospital.

The 1st Annual Short Shootout took place on July 14, 2018 at Cross Creek Golf Course. After several years, including a virtual tournament in 2020, we are excited to announce the 4th Annual Short Shootout will take place on July 16, 2022 at Bobby Jones Golf Course.

We are so thankful for your support as we continue towards our lifetime goal of $1M.
